It can synchronously finish the full processing of heating in metching for PVC strip, negative pressure and positive pressure to form simultaneously, filling, plate net-pattern sealing, batch number printed, vertical and cross cutting and transfer the final product. It is a high automatic machine.

Frame: It is mainly made of alloy aluminum and stainless steel, which ensures the cleanliness and asepsis of the production environment.
Plastic-Forming Mechanism:The suction mechanism includes heating system, suction mould, lifting mechanism, screw displacement mechanism and vacuum system. The upper heating method is adopted to make the film heating more uniform and the molded blister is more beautiful.
Heating Mechanism: The heat-seal mechanism includes heating system, heat-seal air bag, heat-seal mold, lifting mechanism, screw displacement mechanism, etc. The heat sealing air bag is used to balance the pressure on the surface of the heat sealing surface, and the sealing performance is good.
Color Label Detection Mechanism: The color label detection mechanism includes color sensor, guide rail, and cardboard. It can finish the packaging requirements accurately.
Transverse-Cutting Mechanism: With rolling cutting mode, cutting edges are more straight, paper scraps are less and more durable.
